Q: How Does Facilitation Work in the Lead the Learning Program?
A: The Lead the Learning program provides leaders with pre-developed content and session guides. As the program participant, your responsibilities are to align with your manger, when and where to host the learning sessions for your team, and to determine which of your team members will participate.
