Q: How do I nominate someone to join the program?
A: If someone is an L4-L7 people manager within EU ATS, their direct manager can request program enrolment by contacting katieclo@.
Q: I am an experienced people manager how do I raise an exception?
A: Your direct manager can raise an exception via the exceptions intake form.
Q: I have already completed some parts of the Leadership Compass program. Should I request an exception and withdraw from the program?
A: There's no need to withdraw from the program if you have already completed certain elements. You will not be required to repeat the parts you have already completed. Simply focus on the new learning opportunities and modules that are relevant to your current knowledge and skills. The program will be tailored to ensure you receive fresh and valuable content without redundancy.
Q: I am currently an individual contributor, but I'm interested in becoming a people manager in the future. Can I enrol in the Leadership Compass program?
A: The Leadership Compass 2024 offering is designed for individuals at the L4+ level who are currently people managers. Its elements are not available for individual contributors who do not have direct reports. However, you may access the Manager Learning Hub Resources, which provide content to develop your knowledge about best practices in people management. We are currently reviewing the 2025 offering, which may include resources for those aspiring to become people managers in the future.
Q: What are the next steps of the Leadership Compass Program?
A: On August 16, 2024, we launched a reminder about the existing content related to people management. In early September 2024, a new eLearning module will be released, along with a FAQ session hosted by a senior leader. As for the 2025 program, we are currently defining its scope, and more information will be provided in January 2025.
Q: Is there a PhoneTool award for the Leadership Compass?
A: Yes! There are several PhoneTool awards to be gained for completing eLearning, contributing your view for the 2025 program and more.
